Suzanne Silver
An international powerhouse, Suzanne has worked across the globe (UK, US, Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East), specialising in executive coaching, leadership and team development, and behavioural change.
Multi-national organisations across the globe have greatly benefitted from her work supporting their learning and development of staff and business cultures. Her work has ranged from people managers to top leaders, enhancing their impact with commercial businesses, customers as well as across governments.
Having been involved with individuals and organsations across several industries, Suzanne’s greatest impact has been on coaching leaders through transformational change and organisational challenges by collaborating with clients to help them cultivate a deeper self-awareness of individual strengths and resourcefulness in the face of change, aiding clients in further developing self-confidence, resilience, and to become the leaders they strived to be.
Based in Asia, Suzanne is a certified Executive Coach and is a member of ICF, EMCC, and the Asia Pacific Association of Coaches. Her qualification in Social Work, specialising in psychology, human development, and human behaviour forms the foundations for her approach.
