Ronald Wong, MBA, ACC
A seasoned executive who brings his clients a high degree of insight and supportive challenge, Ronald’s background in financial services has equipped him with the resilience and stamina to support senior executives facing unprecedented change.
Based in Hong Kong, he works with clients on leadership and presence, effective teamwork, navigating change, and developing inclusive practices.
He has an affinity for mindset, teams and systems, decision-making, and the ‘dark arts’ of behavioural finance and investing.
Coaching and facilitation client sectors include art, asset management, investment banking, legal, pharmaceutical, life science technology, financial services, creative agencies, branded lifestyle apparel, technology consulting services, food packaging & processing, property investment, consulting, and the university sector.
Ronald is a past Board Member of Heep Hong Society, a leading children’s charity in Hong Kong, and has volunteered at various other non-profits including WiFA (Women in Finance Asia) and ICF Hong Kong, and was a mentor at Hong Kong University.
Having grown up in Fiji and completed his high school and undergraduate studies in Australia, he started his career in Australia before moving to Singapore and then to Hong Kong.
