John McLean

As a versatile executive & leadership coach with over 20 years of experience working in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and SE Asia, John McLean is a dedicated leader, himself, who has a proven track record of performance in developing and delivering effective needs-focused solutions for international and multi-national clients.

Having started his career in intelligence and having a deep knowledge of Arabic and Albanian languages and cultures saw him collaborating closely with international partners. From there, John transitioned to training and leadership development, which led to further study and focus on the human resource fields of development and performance management where he currently excels in helping organisations thrive.

Adept in leadership and management, John thrives at Leadership, Team, and Behavioural Development. With engagements ranging from supporting a Chief Executive in improving departmental performance, or facilitating collaborative workshops for emerging Homeland Security Leaders, to leading the development of a robust safety and protection model to support the ongoing investment, infrastructure development, and transformative initiatives of a Giga Project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and much more, John has become known in his industry as “the one to contact” when leaders and executives are serious about leadership development.
