Jerry McLean

Jerry McLean is the man that organisations across Asia, Africa, and Europe call on to help them get their large and small teams on board with creating resilient, “future-tough” companies, that are ready to adapt on the fly.

As a Leader Across Borders, Jerry’s future foresight work helps organisations scope out potential futures and backcast the scenarios into their current 5-year strategic plans, focusing on building teams that are able to shift performance obstacles, navigate change and supportive management of others through self-awareness.

With 30 years of deep management, Jerry focuses on middle and senior executives to help them drive from a solid foundation of values and strengths to so that the decisions they take are solid and practical, human-centered, and thought-provoking.

He believes leading is about getting out of the way of your teams, while creating a supportive, always learning and psychologically safe space where staff can thrive and innovate in the knowledge of a leadership culture that has their backs.
