Jeremy Stunt

Jeremy is a leadership coach and facilitator based in the UK, working globally.

He previously lived in Asia for 20 years, gaining significant leadership experience during times of major organisational growth and restructuring in COO and CFO roles in the financial sector.

He has been coaching leaders and facilitating leadership workshops since 2009, dedicated to helping executives with transformational change.

Jeremy has a wide range of rich experience working across cultures, coaching individuals and leadership teams, and delivering management and leadership workshops to thousands of executives on six continents. And he typically works with very senior leaders: CEOs, C-Suite, regional and country heads, senior partners, general managers and heads of functions with clients from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Law, Consulting, Engineering, Recruitment, Luxury Retail and Travel.

His primary focus is to help senior executives develop their skills in leadership, trust, stakeholder commitments, communication, presence, assertiveness, delegation, prioritisation, productivity and stress management.

Jeremy teaches coaching at the Ontological Coaching Institute and he previously taught corporate coaching at the University of Hong Kong. He is a former Director of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC).

Working with individuals on their personal life priorities and objectives, authenticity and purpose, work-life balance, and career management, he helps people learn how to avoid living a ‘deferred life’.

Jeremy also enjoys running a small business importing artisan ciders into Asia.
