Jason Mathis
A pristine track record in leadership and strategy, Jason Mathis, retired US Navy Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) officer/Deepsea Engineer (CEC), is perfect for guiding individual and team development and execution of strategic plans.
Having supported the US Navy for 23 years, then having moved on to build not one but two businesses in the marina sector of civilian business, he also went on to run the global Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Ashore Program.
He was still ready for more and has moved on to supporting Polaris clients, as well as working in the maritime defense and Blue-Tech industry.
His skillsets are leadership, strategic direction, program management, and entrepreneurship, as well as team development, military/government, and diving.
