Helen van Ameyde
First class education, learning, and organisational development excellence are at the core of Helen’s career where she has held management and leadership positions in both the private and public sector.
Having supported the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Helen led a global team of learning professionals and engaged with business partners to drive strategic direction, facilitate cultural change, and enhance skills to deliver on organisational priorities for the UK Government.
In addition, Helen was the lead coach and facilitator for the development of senior Diplomats, where she was responsible for preparing UK Ambassadors to lead a diverse workforce at British Embassies and Consulates overseas.
Based in Belgium, the Benelux region saw Helen work on team development, diversity and inclusion, executive presence, and coaching skills, with a range of clients, including the European Commission and private sector organisations.
Helen also helped implement the Training and Development Lead Body (TDLB) standards for vocational qualifications in higher and tertiary education in the UK.
Her wealth of experience, creativity and a pragmatic approach that helps clients and teams to discover options and possibilities by challenging fixed mindsets and linear thinking and makes her a coach par excellence.
