Dr. Samantha Mathis
Dr. Samantha Mathis has an extensive background in leadership, learning and organisational development in international and complex environments. This had her leading in performance coaching to support complex operations, the growth of future leaders and development of multi-cultural, multinational teams, all of which gives her a perspective that many have benefitted from.
Drawing from more than 25 years of proven experience as a retired military officer within the defence, development/NGO, and diplomatic sectors, Dr. Samantha is able to help clients navigate through their own personal and complex worlds.
Working cross-culturally with teams, including the U.S. & U.K. governments, the United States Agency for International Development, and Non-government Organisations, as well as in the corporate and education sectors, she’s a force to be reckoned with when it comes to transformational leadership, team effectiveness and personal growth.
Having worked in the Americas, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe, Samantha’s ability to enhance the effectiveness of corporations, organisations, and individuals allows them to make the impact on the world they strive to make.
When it comes down to it, being a Registered Corporate Coach™, Samantha provides pro bono coaching supporting a broad range of women leaders in the global development sector with organisational, team, and professional challenges.
