Becci Walker
Becci is a highly experienced executive coach, well-versed in designing and facilitating leadership development programmes. She started her career in the insurance industry in Australia, taking on leadership roles for 20 years. Based in Hong Kong for more than 15 years now, she is a highly respected Leadership Development Consultant, working with multinationals across all sectors.
Having worked with leaders and teams based across Asia-Pacific since 2009, Becci is highly adept at creating a safe environment for culturally respectful exchanges that foster teamwork and growth. Dedicated to developing leaders across all levels, from those who are brand new in the role to those who are extremely experienced, Becci has a particular interest in supporting leaders and teams to navigate courageous conversations and conflict more effectively. With a focus on conflict coaching, her training as a mediator facilitates individuals to bravely step into challenging conversations so they can satisfactorily resolve conflict and move forward.
