Diane’s culturally diverse background is enough to forge the bonds of trust, but what you don’t see when you read about her 25 years of experience as a facilitator and coach is her magnetic personality and unmatched skillset that makes people want to take action when she speaks. 

From leading in roles such as People Partner (British Council) to OD/Change, Learning and Development, Strategy Design & Implementation (UN World Food Programme, Rome, Italy) to strengthening organisational culture (Unilever, United Kingdom), Diane demonstrates time and again, why she’s a voice clients return to. 

Her skills don’t stop at her ability to lead global teams of Learning & Development professionals to enhance their skills and behaviors to drive organisation priorities (British Embassy, Washington, DC). Diane also founded a professional English programme for business leaders in Barcelona, Spain, taught Scuba diving in the Caribbean, volunteered as a Peace Corps Volunteer of Tonga, and started her career as a public accountant in Washington, DC.

Her ability to design and implement future-focused strategies that enhance organisational capability, leadership, and performance, alone, has established a global reputation that precedes her. Diane is a true partner, working alongside teams to help them fully integrate what she brings to the table.
